Emergency assistance requests

The assistance form runs in your browser and prepares a WhatsApp message. Carlos Towing does not receive the request until you review it and press Send in WhatsApp. The website does not permanently store your precise location, phone number, vehicle registration or emergency notes.

Location access

Your browser location is requested only after you deliberately press “Use my current location”. It is used to position a map pin and create a Google Maps link for your request. You can deny permission and search or choose a point manually.

Mapping services

Map tiles and location searches use OpenStreetMap-based services. When used, those providers may receive technical request information such as your IP address under their own policies. Precise pickup and destination values are not sent to analytics.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, it may count anonymous actions such as call clicks, WhatsApp clicks and completed request flows. Customer-entered details are not included in analytics events.
